In order to keep our costs and your costs down, credit cards no longer accepted,
however, payment via PayPal is accepted in extreme circumstances.
Payment for custom built computers and laptops must be prepaid at time of order.

* fixed pricing applies to most services, client will be notified of
and need to approve any further repairs and charges before repairs proceed
** drivers provided by customer upon drop off. Drivers needing research &
download are $10.00 each and will be loaded on client's computer or provided on
CD or DVD
*** some machines require extra time to remove threats, customer will always be
notified or given the option to reload with or without data copy
(1) Flat rate for reloading includes installation of base operating system
(Windows XP or Vista) or installation of restore disc(s), Windows service packs
and updates. Customer supplied antivirus or basic free version will be loaded.
Other helpful programs may optionally be loaded.
(2) data backed up from a healthy hard drive. Virus removal from saved data may
apply.
(3) backup of documents, pictures and music, one user. Email file retrieval
priced hourly.
(4) data recovery for ailing hard drives (noisy, inaccessible drive letters
formatted, accidentally erased files)
(5) cost applies to most manufacturer's recovery disc set shipped to Compucare,
some priced higher, customer will be notified of any additional cost prior to
order
(6) local (5 mile radius) pickup & delivery available only by prior arrangement.
Does not include installation upon delivery- add $20.00. 10 mile radius add
$20.00 for distance and time spent.
(7) 10 mile radius add $20.00 first hour
(8) express shipping available at additional cost
